The EU Commission has released version 5.4 of the EU Borderline Manual, which is now available for download.
The Sub-Group on Borderline Products, part of the EU Cosmetic Products Working Group, has agreed to add a new entry, 3.3.34, concerning ‘Products in a vial or ampoule.’ This entry addresses the question of whether such products can be classified as cosmetic products.
