The European Commission has published the draft document for the 22nd Adaptation to Technical Progress (ATP) to Regulation (EC) 1272/2008 on the classification, labelling, and packaging of substances and mixtures (the CLP Regulation).
The Annex to the document lists the substances for which RAC adopted an opinion in 2022 on the harmonised classification of certain substances. The document includes the proposed entries in Annex VI to CLP with a modified or new harmonised classification.
Interestingly, the cosmetic ingredients below have gotten hazardous harmonized classifications.

The following four cosmetic ingredients have gotten a new Carcinogenic, Mutagenic, and Toxic to Reporduction (CMR) classification, ultimately threatening their use in cosmetic products.
